Team Booking Terms & Conditions
Making a Booking
Your wedding date is officially reserved once the booking fee has been paid and your contract has been signed.
The booking fee is 20% of the total cost of services per stylist for your wedding day. To complete your booking, a UK address, email, and contact number are required. Your details are kept private and never shared to any other parties without permission.
Weekend and Bank Hol minimum spend
For weddings taking place on Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays, each on‑the‑day service (hair and/or makeup) provided by a team member carries a minimum charge of £365.00. This rate includes the booking fee but excludes trials, travel, and any moving fees. Adjustments: If the number of services is reduced after booking, 20% of each removed service remains payable, even if the revised total still meets the minimum spend. This protects the time allocated to your booking.
Wedding Day Payments
Full payment for wedding day services must be made at least 30 days prior to the wedding date, as detailed in your contract. Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of services, with no refund of prior payments.
Trial Runs
Trial appointments are payable at least 14 days prior to your appointment. They are also excluded from the minimum package rates. Once an appointment has been completed, payments are strictly non-refundable.
Cancelling or Rescheduling a Trial Run
Rescheduling a bridal trial from and with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a charge of 15% of the total cost of the new appointment. If an additional party member is unable to attend giving from and with less than 14 days’ notice, 30% of their original payment remains payable. This covers the time reserved by the booked stylist and will not be deducted from the final wedding day balance. Complete cancellations from and with less than 14 days' notice after payment has been made would be non-refundable.
Cancellations
Cancelling a confirmed booking from and with less than:

8 weeks notice - 50% of the remaining balance would be required

6 weeks notice - 75% of the remaining balance would be required

30 days' notice - 100% of the remaining balance would be required
All cancellations will be followed by a confirmation email. The booking fee will be treated as a cancellation fee and all completed trials and travel costs will be non-refundable.
Booking Fee Explained
The booking fee secures your wedding date and covers all administrative time throughout your booking. It is non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be paid to the nominated account upon signing the contract. If payment is not received, your date may be released without prior notice and offered to the next waiting client.
Moving Fee Explained
Where moving is required, a flat fee of £15.00 will be added to the final balance to cover time spent packing down, relocating, and resetting. This fee is separate from travel costs. Transfers extend the scheduled timeline by up to 30 minutes and would also apply for moves within the same complex (e.g., from an on-site cottage to the venue).
Weather, Postponements & Restrictions
Confirmed bookings impacted by weather, the client postponing or any government restrictions may be rescheduled free of charge within 6 months of the original date. If any team members are unavailable for the new date, the booking fee remains non-refundable, including prior payments for travel and trials already carried out.
If a Team member Cancels
In the unlikely event any team member is no longer able to fulfil a booking, the 20% booking fee correlated to them will be refunded, and all reasonable efforts will be made to assist in finding an alternative artist outside of the team.
Travel, Hotel and Parking Fees
All travel is inclusive of mileage for up to a total of 10 miles in line with the team members postcode(s) and back (This can also be defined as 5 miles each way) Excess mileage is charged at £0.90 per additional mile, added to the balance of each appointment.
Clients are responsible for all related hotel, parking, and accommodation costs when services are provided, including where overnight stays are necessary.
Allergies Discloser & Liability
Prior to any appointment, information on whether the client has any allergies or sensitivities is required. A plan will always be set in place, however, as its possible for sudden reactions to occur to anything topical, in no event will any of the team members be held liable for damages. All team members hold up-to-date Public Liability Insurance.
Photography Consent
With prior consent, team members may capture images or videos for promotional use.
